HAPO Back Support Exoskeleton

The HAPO is for all people requiring back assistance and/.or for those whose work causes back pain. It does not transfer the load to the shoulders or compress the spine.  Using resistive assistance technology, the innovative HAPO exoskeleton provides real physical assistance for workers.  Innovative, it provides assistive "power" by partially deferring the efforts of the top of the trunk and chest spport towards the thighs using the tensile strength of composite springs.  It is lightweight, easy to use, gives support with great freedom of movement.  

Available in small, medium, and large sizes.

The HAPO reduces low back effort and preserves the intervertebral discs regardless of the posture:
• In static flexion, physical assistance is provided as soon as the back forms an angle higher than 5°.
• In dynamic flexion, it assists the back muscles in straightening the upper body.

Sizing:
Based on the user's height due to differing lengths of the yellow springs.
Belt/waist is the same for all 3 sizes and is adjustable to fit your size between 29.5 and 51.2 inches
5'0-5'4" height - Small
5'6"-6'0" height - Medium
6'2"-6'4" height - Large
